Steel loose flange DN225 PN16 is a pipe fitting for ensuring reliable pipe connections under fluctuating pressure and temperature conditions. It features a ring-shaped cross-section with a 225 mm smaller diameter and a nominal pressure of PN16 bars. The flange is manufactured from structural quality steel grade 20 (C20 / S235JRG2) complying with GOST 12820-80 and EN1092-1 standards. The manufacturing process involves forging, stamping, or plasma-arc cutting.

This loose flange (flange for bushings) is designed for mounting polyethylene pipes with a flange connection. The sleeve (bushing) is welded to the pipe's end and tightened with free flanges. This connection type also facilitates connecting other valve types to the stop pipe.
