Steel loose flange DN315 PN16 is a flat part with holes for bolts and studs, enabling a strong connection of pipeline elements. Its smaller diameter is 315 mm, and its nominal pressure is PN16 bars. The flange is manufactured according to GOST 12820-80 and EN1092-1 standards. The manufacturing process involves forging, stamping, or plasma-arc cutting of a low-alloy structural steel grade 20 (C20 / S235JRG2) billet.

The steel flange is machined for a bore sleeve, allowing connection of polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipes to each other and to shut-off valves (e.g., wedge gate valve). Its applications include pressure water supply, gas supply, technical water supply, and sewage systems.
