Steel loose flange DN90 PN10 is a metal product designed for connecting pipes to each other or to valves. It is manufactured according to GOST 12820-80 and EN1092-1 standards from structural carbon steel grade 20 (C20 / S235JRG2). Production processes include forging, stamping, or plasma arc cutting. The flange has a minimum pipe diameter of 90 mm and a nominal pressure of PN10 bars. This flange type is specifically designed for bushing applications, facilitating the connection of polyethylene pipes to steel pipes or shut-off valves. These flanges are compatible with all types of PE pipes used for transporting both drinking and industrial water.
