Description
Expanded metal sheet 6 (606) is a special sheet metal with a 6 mm thick notch. The feed rate of the product is 6 mm. The sheet's width is 1.25 m, and the length is 2.95 m.
The production method involves drawing the workpiece with the preliminary application of notches of the required shape. The product is manufactured from ordinary quality carbon steel or high-quality carbon steel grades S235JR , in accordance with DIN 791 standards. The weight of expanded metal sheet 6 (606) is 72.5 kg. One ton contains approximately 14 sheets.
This sheet metal is used as facade decor for buildings, in fence production, and for manufacturing rock screening sieves. It is also used as a fastening material in tunneling mine operations and as a base for plastering work.
