Description

Stainless chequered sheet AISI 304 3 (1.25x2.5) is a high-quality thin sheet of 3.0 mm thickness with a reflective surface. It is 1.25 m wide and 2.5 m long. The product is manufactured in accordance with ASTM A793 / EN 10088. AISI 304 austenitic steel is used as a raw material. The cold rolling process gives the stainless steel high strength, flexibility, and crack resistance. One sheet weighs 73.8 kg. A ton contains approximately 13.6 sheets.

This product is used in the manufacture of coatings with anti-slip properties: stairs, staircases, gangways for ships and aircraft, bridges, and crossings. It is also used in ore mining, power plants, and oil and drilling rigs. The chequered sheets are used to reinforce surfaces before plastering and are also suitable as a roofing material.
