1020x10 mm HR line / structural SAW pipe (LDP) P235GH

Welded pipe 1020x10 is an electric-welded steel pipe with a diameter of 1020 mm and a wall thickness of 10 mm. The production, materials, and distribution of such products are regulated by DSTU 8944 ( EN 10217-5 +3.1 NWW, UWW ). Carbon, high-quality structural, fine-grained and unalloyed steel grades P235GH / S235JRH / S355J2H (St3ps, 17G1SU) are used as raw materials. The weight of one meter is 249.08 kg, with 4.01 m per t.

These electric-welded pipes are manufactured on specialized machinery using straight-seam or spiral-seam welding methods.

Due to their large diameter and welded construction, these pipes are frequently used as supports for pouring foundations. They are also used in the construction of district or city-scale water, oil, and gas pipelines operating at medium pressure and temperature.
