1420x10 mm HR line / structural SAW pipe (LDP) P235GH

Welded pipe 1420x10 is an electric-welded pipe with a wall thickness of 1420 mm and a diameter of 10 mm. It is manufactured using electric welding of steel sheets or tapes with a straight or spiral seam on specialized machinery. The production, materials, and distribution comply with DSTU 8944 ( ≈ EN 10217-5 +3.1 NWW, UWW ). The steel grades used in production are P235GH / S235JRH / S355J2H (St3ps, 17G1SU). One meter of this pipe weighs 347.73 kg, with 2.88 m per t.

Due to its large diameter, this pipe is often used as supports for pouring foundations, in sewage system construction, and for large-scale urban water, oil, and gas pipelines. However, the presence of a welded seam limits its use in high and ultra-high pressure and temperature systems.
