1420x12 mm HR line / structural SAW pipe (LDP) P235GH

Welded pipe 1420x12 is an electric-welded pipe with a wall thickness of 12 mm and a diameter of 1420 mm. It is manufactured according to DSTU 8944 ( ≈ EN 10217-5 +3.1 NWW, UWW ). The pipes are produced by welding a bent steel sheet (straight-seam) or wound steel tape (spiral-seam). The raw materials used are P235GH / S235JRH / S355J2H (St3ps, 17G1SU) steel grades (carbon, high-quality structural, fine-grained, and unalloyed).

These pipes are sold in sections of 10-12 m or random lengths. One meter weighs 416.68 kg, with approximately 2.4 m per t. Suitable applications include piping structures with varying pressure and flow rates, construction reinforcement for sewage channels, beams, and insulation for laying communications.
