1420x14 mm HR line / structural SAW pipe (LDP) P235GH

Welded pipe 1420x14 is an electric-welded pipe with a wall thickness of 14 mm and a diameter of 1420 mm. It is manufactured according to DSTU 8944 ( ≈ EN 10217-5 +3.1 NWW, UWW ). The pipes are made from P235GH / S235JRH / S355J2H (St3ps, 17G1SU) steel grades (carbon, high-quality structural, fine-grained, and unalloyed).

These pipes are produced on specialized machines through electric welding of steel sheets or tapes, creating a straight or spiral seam. One meter of pipe weighs 485.44 kg, meaning one ton contains approximately 2.06 meters of piping.

Suitable for piping structures with varying pressure and flow rates, these pipes have various applications in construction, including strengthening sewage channels, serving as beams, or providing insulation for communication lines.
