Welded pipe 1620x15 is a straight-seam or spiral-seam steel pipe with a diameter of 1620 mm and a wall thickness of 15 mm. The weight of one meter is 593.73 kg, and one ton contains 1.68 meters of pipe. Production, materials, and distribution comply with DSTU 8944 ( ≈ EN 10217-5 +3.1 NWW, UWW ). The pipes are manufactured from P235GH / S235JRH / S355J2H (St3ps, 17G1SU) steel grades (carbon, high-quality structural, fine-grained, and unalloyed).

These electric-welded pipes are produced on specialized machines using electric welding of steel sheets or tapes. The presence of a welded seam makes them suitable for systems operating at average pressures and temperatures.
