Description

Welded pipe 1620x16 is a steel pipe with a diameter of 1620 mm and a wall thickness of 16 mm. It is produced by straight-seam or spiral-seam electric welding from sheets or strips of high-quality fine-grained, unalloyed structural or carbon steel grades P235GH / S235JRH / S355J2H (St3ps, 17G1SU). Production methods and materials comply with DSTU 8944 ( ≈ EN 10217-5 +3.1 NWW, UWW ). The pipes are sold in segments of 10 to 12 meters or random lengths. One meter weighs 632.91 kg, and one ton contains 1.58 meters of pipe.

These pipes are used in construction as beams or supports for temporary and non-critical structures, and as insulating tunnels for cables. They are also used for water, oil, and gas pipelines operating under medium temperatures and pressures.
