630x15 mm HR line / structural SAW pipe (LDP) P235GH

Welded pipe 630x15 is a straight-seam or spiral-seam steel pipe with a diameter of 630 mm and a wall thickness of 15 mm. It is manufactured using an electrowelded method on specialized machines, conforming to DSTU 8944 ( ≈ EN 10217-5 +3.1 NWW, UWW ), from high-quality carbon steel sheets or strips. The steel grades used are P235GH / S235JRH / S355J2H (St3ps, 17G1SU). The pipe is sold in segments of 10-12 meters, with each meter weighing 227.5 kg (4.4 meters per ton).

Electric-welded pipe 630x15 is primarily used in the construction of urban and regional pipelines. It is particularly well-suited for water, gas, or oil pipeline systems that do not require high pressure or temperature resistance.
