630x9 mm HR line / structural SAW pipe (LDP) P235GH

Welded pipe 630x9 is an electric-welded pipe with a wall thickness of 9 mm and a diameter of 630 mm. It is manufactured using two methods: straight-seam welding of a bent steel sheet or spiral-seam welding of a wound steel tape on a specialized machine. The pipes are produced from high-quality carbon structural steel grades P235GH / S235JRH / S355J2H (St3ps, 17G1SU). The product quality complies with DSTU 8944 ( ≈ EN 10217-5 +3.1 NWW, UWW ).

Standard tempered lengths range from 10 to 12 meters. One meter of pipe weighs 137.83 kg, with approximately 7.26 meters per ton.

These pipes are widely used in low-pressure and low-temperature oil, water, and gas transportation systems. They are also used in construction for reinforcing sewage channels, as beams, or as insulating material for laying communications.
