920x10 mm HR line / structural SAW pipe (LDP) P235GH

Welded pipe 920x10 is an electric-welded pipe with a wall thickness of 10 mm and a diameter of 920 mm. It is produced by welding a bent steel sheet (straight-seam) or wound steel tape (spiral-seam) on a special machine. The product is sold in sections of 10-12 m or random lengths. A meter weighs 224.42 kg, with approximately 4.46 meters per ton.

Steel grades P235GH / S235JRH / S355J2H (St3ps, 17G1SU) are used as raw materials. The production, materials, and distribution are regulated by DSTU 8944 ( ≈ EN 10217-5 +3.1 NWW, UWW ).

These pipes are suitable for constructing pipeline structures with varying pressure and temperature requirements. They can also be used in construction to reinforce sewage channels, as beams, or as insulating material when laying communications.
