Description

Welded pipe 920x9 is a straight-seam/spiral-seam steel pipe with a diameter of 920 mm and a wall thickness of 9 mm. One meter weighs 202.2 kg, meaning a ton contains approximately 4.95 meters of pipe. These pipes are manufactured by electric welding according to DSTU 8944 ( ≈ EN 10217-5 +3.1 NWW, UWW ), using quality structural steel grades P235GH / S235JRH / S355J2H (St3ps, 17G1SU). They are sold in lengths from 10 to 12 meters.

Due to their large diameter, these pipes are frequently used as supports for pouring foundations, as the basis for sewage systems, and in the construction of district or city-scale water, oil, and gas pipelines. The welded seam makes them suitable for systems operating at average pressures and temperatures.
