Seamless pipe 140x12 steel 20 ( P235TR1 ) is a hot-rolled pipe manufactured according to DSTU 8938 ( ≈ EN 10216 / EN 10210 3.1 + CE ) from unalloyed structural steel grade 20 ( P235TR1 ). It is produced without a welded seam using seamless technology, where a heated billet is processed using rollers in a rolling mill. This method ensures high accuracy and strength. The pipe has an outer diameter of 140 mm and a wall thickness of 12 mm, with a linear meter weighing 38 kg. One tonne contains 26.4 meters of rolled product, and it is sold in lengths of 4-12 m.

This seamless pipe is widely used in various industries, including shipbuilding, nuclear power, mechanical engineering, oil and gas, chemical processing, mining, and wastewater treatment. It also serves as high-pressure tanks for natural gas and gaseous chemicals.
