It is manufactured from high-quality carbon steel 20 ( P235TR1 ). The production process involves hot deformation of rolled and forged blanks on specialized machinery. The pipe meets the requirements of DSTU 8938 ( ≈ EN 10216 / EN 10210 3.1 + CE ). Each meter of pipe weighs 116.35 kg, with approximately 8.59 meters per ton. The pipes are shipped in lengths of 4-12.5 m.
