Description
Seamless pipe 48x3.5 mm 20 ( P235TR1 ) is a thin-walled hot-rolled steel pipe without a welded seam. Its outer diameter is 48 mm, and the wall thickness is 3.5 mm. One running meter weighs 3.8 kg, with 260.42 meters per ton. Pipes are sold in lengths from 4 to 12 meters.
These pipes are produced on rolling units by hot deformation of solid billets of stainless carbon steel grade 20 ( P235TR1 ), in accordance with DSTU 8938 ( ≈ EN 10216 / EN 10210 3.1 + CE ).
Common applications include mechanical engineering for manufacturing cylinders, pump pistons, bearing rings, shafts, other machine parts, and tanks operating under pressure. They are also used in the construction of various pipelines.
