Description
Seamless pipe 48x6 mm 20 ( P235TR1 ) is a thick-walled hot-rolled steel product with a round cross-section and no welded seam. It has an outer diameter of 48 mm and a wall thickness of 6 mm. One running meter weighs 6.2 kg, with 161.03 meters per ton. The pipe is available in lengths of 4-12 m.
This seamless pipe is produced on rolling mills using hot deformation, conforming to DSTU 8938 ( ≈ EN 10216 / EN 10210 3.1 + CE ). The material used is a heated hollow cylinder billet made of structural carbon steel grade 20 ( P235TR1 ).
Common applications include pipelines for fuel, hydraulic, air, and fire protection systems in aviation, rocket, and space technology. It is also used in shipbuilding for various mechanical elements and parts.
