1020x12 mm Used HR Welded Steel Pipe

Used welded steel straight-seam pipe 1020x12 is suitable for gas supply, hot water supply, sewage, oil pipelines, and irrigation systems. It can also transport flammable, volatile, and explosive substances.

The pipe has a diameter of 1020 mm and a wall thickness of 12 mm. It is manufactured according to DSTU 8944 ( ≈ EN 10217-5 ) using steel grades S235JRH (St3, 20). One meter weighs 298.31 kg, and 3.35 m per ton. The presence of one or two longitudinal welds is permissible. Pipe lengths vary from 10 to 12 m.

The restoration process includes cleaning the old insulation, interior and exterior sandblasting, and applying new chamfers. After restoration, these pipes can be repurposed as construction piles, drainage systems, and temporary structures.
