Hot Dip Galvanized Welded Water & Gas Pipe 48.3x3.5 mm DN40 is a steel water and gas pressure pipe with a diameter of 48.3 mm and a wall thickness of 3.5 mm. with nominal diameter 40 mm. It is made of structural carbon steel grade St3ps ( L235 / L275 ) with a welded seam. The pipe withstands pressure up to 2.4 MPa due to a zinc coating, applied by hot-dip galvanizing, on the entire inner and outer surface. The galvanization layer is not thinner than 30 microns. These pipes are produced in lengths of 4-12 m, according to DSTU 8936 (EN 10224 func. analogue), with a standard cutting length of 6.05 m. One meter weighs 3,9 kg, meaning one ton contains 258.4 m of rolled product.
