108x6 High-Pressure Boiler Tube 14MoV6-3

Boiler pipe 108x6 steel 14MoV6-3 is a seamless high-pressure pipe (HPC) manufactured according to EN 10216-2 from heat-resistant low-alloy steel grade 14MoV6-3. The outer diameter is 108 mm, and the wall thickness is 6 mm. It is produced from non-deformed continuously cast, rolled, forged, or turned billets by hot-rolled / cold-rolled methods. The pipe is available in segments from 3 to 12 m long. One meter weighs 15.09 kg, and one ton contains 66.27 m of product.

These seamless boiler tubes are used in the production of steam boilers and pipelines with high and supercritical steam parameters, as well as for manufacturing parts for gas turbine cylinders. They are often used for parts operating at temperatures of 540-580°C.
