133x18 High-Pressure Boiler Tube 14MoV6-3

The boiler pipe 133x18 steel 14MoV6-3 is a seamless high-pressure steel pipe (HPC) manufactured in accordance with EN 10216-2. It has a diameter of 133 mm and a wall thickness of 18 mm, and is available in segments from 3 to 12 meters long. One meter of this product weighs 51.05 kg, meaning one ton contains approximately 19.59 meters.

The pipes are produced using hot-rolled or cold-rolled methods from undeformed continuously cast, rolled, forged, turned, or peeled blanks of heat-resistant low-alloy steel grade 14MoV6-3.

These boiler pipes are primarily used in the manufacturing of forgings for steam boilers and steam pipelines, particularly in high and supercritical steam parameter applications. They are also used in the production of gas turbine components. The maximum allowable operating temperature is 580°C.
