32x5 High-Pressure Boiler Tube 14MoV6-3

Boiler tube 32x5 steel 14MoV6-3 is a high-pressure seamless steel tube manufactured according to EN 10216-2 from steel billets by hot or cold forming. Rolled, forged, undeformed continuously cast, turned, or peeled blanks may be used. The product has a diameter of 32 mm and a wall thickness of 5 mm. One meter of this boiler pipe weighs 3.33 kg, with approximately 300.30 meters per ton. It is produced from carbon heat-resistant low-alloy steel 14MoV6-3 and sold in lengths from 3 m to 12 m.

These boiler pipes are used in the production of parts and forgings for steam boilers and gas turbine cylinders, as well as in pipelines operating under ultra-high temperatures and pressure. The maximum allowable operating temperature is 580°C.
