42x12 High-Pressure Boiler Tube 14MoV6-3

The boiler pipe 42x12, made of 14MoV6-3 steel, is a seamless high-pressure steel pipe (HPC). It has a diameter of 42 mm and a wall thickness of 12 mm. The pipes are available in segments ranging from 3 to 12 meters in length. Production and raw materials adhere to the EN 10216-2 standard.

These pipes are manufactured from high-temperature, low-alloy 14MoV6-3 steel using hot-rolled or cold-rolled methods. Undeformed continuously cast, rolled, forged, turned, or peeled blanks are used in the manufacturing process. One meter of this rolled product weighs 8.88 kg, meaning there are 112.61 meters per ton.

These boiler pipes are typically used in the production of forgings for steam boilers and steam pipelines, pipeline construction, and the manufacturing of steam boilers with high and supercritical steam and temperature parameters (up to 580°C). They are also used in the production of parts for gas turbines.
