57x4 High-Pressure Boiler Tube 14MoV6-3

The boiler pipe 57x4 steel 14MoV6-3 is a seamless high-pressure steel pipe (HPC) manufactured according to EN 10216-2 standards from high-temperature low-alloy steel 14MoV6-3. It has a diameter of 57 mm and a wall thickness of 4 mm. One meter of the pipe weighs 5.23 kg, and one ton contains approximately 191.20 meters. Pipes are available in lengths from 3 to 12 meters.

These pipes are manufactured from steel rolled, forged, turned, undeformed continuously cast, or peeled billets using hot, warm, or cold deformation processes.

Boiler pipes 57x4 steel 14MoV6-3 are used in steam boilers and pipelines operating with high and supercritical steam parameters. They are also suitable for forgings of steam boilers and for producing parts operating at temperatures up to 580°C, such as in superheaters.
