Description
Concrete mixer liners are replaceable wear parts designed for equipment operating in direct contact with abrasive media, such as concrete, bricks, quartz sand, dolomite, and other construction materials.
Due to the demanding nature of these operations, liners require frequent maintenance and replacement. Utilizing Hardox wear-resistant steel as a raw material increases product strength and service life by 2-3 times compared to standard steel grades. These liners offer superior resistance to impact loads, maintain their structural integrity during operation, and prevent the formation of chips and cracks. Implementing Hardox components significantly reduces equipment downtime caused by premature wear.
