Description

The Cold-Formed Z-Profile 100x110x49x4 is an unequal angle profile with a Z-shaped cross-section. Its dimensions are as follows: height – 100 mm, width 1 – 110 mm, width 2 – 49 mm, and thickness – 4 mm. The products are supplied in lengths ranging from 4 to 12 meters.

Manufactured in accordance with DSTU 8854:2019 ( acc. EN 10162 cert. 2.2 ), the profile is cold-bent from structural carbon steel grades St3 / 09G2S (S235JR / S355JR), S350GD / S390GD. The seamless construction ensures high resistance to temperature and pressure fluctuations.

This profile is designed for structural elements requiring bending in two planes. In the energy sector, it is used to create supports and reinforce power lines, pipelines, and power generators. Within the automotive industry, it is utilized in the manufacturing of vehicle bodies, frames, and other components.
