Description
The 76x84x60x4 Z-section is a type of cold-formed steel profile with a Z-shaped cross-section. Its technical parameters are as follows: height – 76 mm, flange 1 – 84 mm, flange 2 – 60 mm, and thickness – 4 mm. The product is available from stock in lengths ranging from 2 to 12 meters.
It is manufactured on rolling mills using the cold-bending process in accordance with DSTU 8854:2019 ( acc. EN 10162 cert. 2.2 ) standards. The production utilizes carbon structural steel grades St3 / 09G2S (S235JR / S355JR), S350GD / S390GD.
This profile is designed for structural elements subject to multi-axial bending. It is widely used in the construction of frames, trusses, wall systems, and roofing, providing the necessary structural integrity and stability. Z-sections are also utilized in railcar manufacturing for the production of center sills in freight wagons.
