Description

Steel Weld Neck Flange DN15 PN16 is a pipeline fitting that provides the required level of tightness during pipeline installation. It features a 15 mm diameter ring-shaped section and a nominal pressure of 16 bar. The flange is manufactured from structural steel grade 20 (C20 / S235JRG2) conforming to GOST 12821-80 and EN1092-1. The manufacturing process involves forging, stamping, or plasma-arc cutting of the initial billet.

This product is suitable for connecting valves, pumps, automation equipment, and other devices operating at temperatures ranging from -253C to +600C. Applications include high-pressure pipelines, with connecting surface options such as mating protrusion, protrusion, thorn-groove, lens gasket, and oval gasket.
