Description
Steel round bar 180 mm 20Cr4 / 1.7027 is a cylindrical billet with a cross-sectional diameter of 180 mm. It is produced in accordance with EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE in lengths of 2-6 m. The weight of one meter is 200 kg, and one ton equals 5.01 m.
It is manufactured by rolling preheated slabs of 20Cr4 / 1.7027, a structural steel alloyed with chromium and silicon.
This round bar serves as a billet for high-strength, wear-resistant small spring-type parts, such as gears, rollers, pins, couplings, and intake valves for tractor engines. It is also used in the production of spare parts for the automotive and aviation industries, as well as in construction for reinforcing foundations and vertical and horizontal structures.
