Description
Steel Weld Neck Flange DN32 PN6 is a flat part with holes for bolts and studs, enabling a strong connection of pipeline elements. The smaller diameter is 32 mm, and the nominal pressure is 6 bar. It is manufactured according to GOST 12821-80 and EN1092-1 standards using forging, stamping, or plasma-arc cutting of the billet.
These collar flanges are integral connecting parts in high-pressure pipelines, and are also used to connect pipelines to tanks or technical devices. Applications include hot water, cold water, gas, and petrochemical pipeline systems. The design distributes the substance pressure through the conical hub. Installation involves welding with a continuous seam and connection with bolts/pins.
