Steel Weld Neck Flange DN500 PN40 is a pipeline fitting that provides the required level of tightness during pipeline installation. The ring-shaped section has a smaller diameter of 500 mm. Nominal pressure is 40 bar. The flanges are manufactured from structural carbon steel grade 20 (C20 / S235JRG2) according to GOST 12821-80 and EN1092-1 standards using forging, stamping, or plasma arc cutting of the billet.

These flanges are widely used in various industries, such as oil and gas for connecting pipes transporting oil, gas, and aggressive chemicals. They are also used in the energy sector for steam and hot water supply systems, as well as in water supply and heating systems.
