The 270x35 Swebor bucket blade is a replaceable wear part of a cutting tool (bucket or blade) positioned at the contact line with the working surface. The specialized wear-resistant steel used for its production is manufactured at the facilities of the Swedish concern Swebor R&D. The rolled steel features a Brinell hardness of 360–440 HBW (SB-40) / 460–540 HBW (SB-50). Edges with a width of 270 mm and a length of 6.1 m are available for order. The weight per linear meter of this product is 60.9 kg, with a thickness of 35 mm and a bevel angle of 25°. The base material offers high strength and resistance to both abrasion and dynamic loads.
