The product features a thickness of 60 mm and a bevel angle of 22.5°. Its Brinell hardness ranges from 360–440 HBW (SB-40) / 460–540 HBW (SB-50). The cutting edge is available in a width of 500 mm and a length of 6.1 m, with a linear weight of 240 kg/m.

The cutting edge forms the leading profile of the bucket on the side intended for ground penetration. This component also serves as a structural base for attaching teeth, blades, and inter-tooth protection elements.
