Description
Steel flat welded flange DN500 PN6 is a pipe fitting ensuring a tight seal during pipeline installation. It features a 500 mm diameter and a nominal pressure of PN6 bars. The flange is manufactured from structural steel grade 20 (C20 / S235JRG2) conforming to GOST 12820-80 and EN1092-1. The manufacturing process involves forging, stamping, or plasma-arc cutting of the initial billet.
This flange is used for connecting pipes, valves (regulating, shut-off), pumps, and other structures like fire hydrants and their stands. Connections are secured using studs or bolts.
