Seamless galvanized steel pipe 127x6 is a durable, weldless round section hot-rolled to ensure uniform mechanical properties and covered with a rust-preventative zinc layer. Produced by hot deformation of solid cylindrical steel, it has a nominal outer diameter of 127 mm and a reinforced wall thickness of 6.0 mm. Offered in typical lengths from 4 to 12.5 m, the product weighs 18.06 kg per meter, yielding 55.37 meters per metric ton.

Dimensions fully align with the European size grid (per EN 10216-1). For structural applications, steel grade 20 serves as a functional analogue to grade S235JRH as defined in EN 10210.

Thanks to its thickened wall, this profile easily withstands external crushing forces and moderate internal pressures. Common applications include secondary steam lines in boiler houses, oil and petroleum product transport networks of local scale, and heavy-duty protective casings for underground infrastructure.
