Description
Steel round bar 320 mm 20X2N4A (19CrNi8 / 1.5924) is a cylindrical billet with a cross-sectional diameter of 320 mm. It is produced in accordance with DSTU 4738:2007 ( ≈ EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE) in lengths of 2–6 m. The weight of one meter of rolled steel is 633 kg, with approximately 1.6 m per ton.
It is manufactured by forming preheated slabs of 20X2N4A (19CrNi8 / 1.5924), a structural steel alloyed with chromium and nickel, on rolling mills.
This steel circle is used as a billet for heavy-duty forgings, large machine components, shafts, gears, high-pressure plant parts, and critical structural elements requiring high core toughness and surface hardness.
