Description
Hot-finished seamless galvanized steel pipe 57x4 represents a durable and compact small-diameter tube protected by a high-grade anti-corrosive zinc coating. Produced via hot deformation of solid cylindrical steel, it has an outer diameter of 57 mm and a wall thickness of 4.0 mm. Standard supply lengths are 4 to 12.5 meters. It has a linear mass of 5.23 kg per meter, and one ton consists of 191.20 meters.
Dimensions fully align with the European size grid (per EN 10216-1). For structural applications, steel grade 20 serves as a functional analogue to grade S235JRH as defined in EN 10210.
The thick wall combined with a small outer diameter yields high pressure tolerance and resistance to bending forces. It is extensively applied for small-format hydraulic loop connections, compressed air distribution channels in workshops, and high-strength framing nodes.
