Description
Insulating flange DN20 PN6 is a pipeline fitting for providing electrical insulation between pipes. The ring-shaped section has a diameter of 20 mm and a nominal pressure of PN6 bars. It is manufactured from structural quality steel grade 20 (C20 / S235JRG2) conforming to GOST 12820-80 and EN1092-1. The insulating flange connection comprises an electrically insulating gasket, bushings, and collar-type flanges.
These flanges are used in gas distribution stations to ensure the electrical protective potential of electrochemical protection installations. They interrupt electric current flow, protecting various underground utilities from electrical corrosion.
