16x3 High-Pressure Boiler Tube 14MoV6-3

Boiler pipe 16x3 steel 14MoV6-3 is a seamless high-pressure steel pipe (HPC). It has a diameter of 16 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm. One meter of this boiler pipe weighs 0.96 kg, with approximately 1041.67 meters per ton.

These pipes are produced in lengths from 3 m to 12 m through hot or cold deformation of carbon heat-resistant low-alloy steel 14MoV6-3. Manufacturing follows the EN 10216-2 standard, using undeformed continuously cast, turned, rolled, forged, or peeled steel billets.

Boiler pipes 16x3 steel 14MoV6-3 are used in manufacturing parts and forgings for gas turbine cylinders and steam boilers. They are also suitable for pipelines operating under ultra-high temperatures (max 580°C) and pressure.
