Description
Steel round bar 180 mm 34CrMo4 / 1.7220 is a rod made of heat-resistant, relaxation-resistant chromium-molybdenum steel grade 34CrMo4 / 1.7220. The nominal diameter is 180 mm. It is available in lengths of 2–6 meters. One linear meter weighs 199.8 kg, with one metric ton corresponding to 5.01 meters of rolled product. The quality of this round steel is regulated by EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE.
It is produced via hot rolling in rolling mills. These round bars are used in the manufacturing of rolls, axles, gears, engine brake bands, flanges, compressor blades, and for supporting metal structures operating under alternating loads.
