Description
Steel round bar 190 mm 90CrSi5 / 1.2108 is a cylindrical billet with a circular cross-section and a diameter of 190 mm. The standard length is 2–6 meters. The weight of a running meter is 223 kg, with 4.5 m of product per ton.
The rolled products are manufactured in accordance with EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE from 90CrSi5 / 1.2108 tool alloy steel. It exhibits good weldability when the workpiece is preheated.
These round bars are used to manufacture various metal tools, such as measuring and cutting tools where increased warping during hardening is unacceptable, threaded gauges, broaches, long taps, long reamers, and other types of special tools, cold-forming dies and punches, and technological equipment for various units.
