Steel round 220 15HM is a cylindrical bar with a cross-sectional diameter of 200 mm. It is manufactured in accordance with DSTU 7806-2015; DSTU 4738:2007 (GOST 2590-2006) in lengths of 2-6 m. The weight of one meter of rolled steel is 298.4 kg, and one ton contains 3.4 meters of steel. It is produced by deforming preheated slabs of St15KhM, a structural heat-resistant steel alloyed with chromium and molybdenum, on rolling mills. It is used as a feedstock for long billets and forgings with hexagonal and square cross-sections, for steam and gas pipelines, superheaters, boilers, seamless pipes for various applications, and parts that are resistant to high temperatures. It is used to manufacture bushings for caterpillar tractors, in construction to strengthen foundations, vertical and horizontal structures.
