Steel round bar 240 mm 38XMA (41CrMo4 / 1.7225) is a heat-resistant rolled product of cylindrical shape with a diameter of 240 mm. It is manufactured in accordance with DSTU 4738:2007 ( ≈ EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE) in lengths of 2–6 m. The weight of one meter of the rolled product is 355.1 kg, with one ton corresponding to approximately 2.8 m.

It is produced via hot rolling on rolling mills from solid slabs and ingots of 38XMA (41CrMo4 / 1.7225), a high-quality structural steel alloyed with chromium and molybdenum.

This round bar is used in mechanical engineering as a billet for critical general-purpose components. In the machine tool industry, it is utilized for manufacturing shafts, gears, cam couplings, and fasteners. It is also employed in the power industry for the production of compressor equipment and turbine parts. Additionally, it is in demand in construction for reinforcing foundations and vertical or horizontal structures.
