It is available in lengths of 2-6 m. One linear meter weighs 449.5 kg. One ton of rolled steel equals 2.2 meters. The quality of this round bar is regulated by DSTU 4738:2007 ( ≈ EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE).

It is produced by hot-rolling at rolling mills.
