Steel round bar 28 mm 35CrMnSi4-4 / 1.7242 is a metal billet in the form of a round bar with a diameter of 28 mm. The standard length is 2–6 meters. A linear meter weighs 4.83 kg, and one ton contains 207 meters of the product.
The rolled product is manufactured in accordance with EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE from 35CrMnSi4-4 / 1.7242 structural chromium-silicon-manganese steel. It is used for welded, riveted, and bolted structures, for the manufacture of pipes, railway fasteners, springs, and other mechanical components, as well as for the production of squeeze balls.
