Description
Steel round bar 290 mm 20X2N4A (19CrNi8 / 1.5924) is a solid structural alloy steel bar with a circular cross-section and a diameter of 290 mm. A running meter weighs 520 kg, with 1.9 meters of rolled product per ton. It is available from stock in lengths of 2–6 meters.
The round bar is produced by hot rolling a billet through a rolling mill. The production standard is DSTU 4738:2007 ( ≈ EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE). This steel grade features increased heat resistance and can be welded without restrictions.
It is used to manufacture various parts operating at temperatures ranging from -40°C to 560°C under pressure, pipeline components hardened in water or air, as well as parts for gas turbines, boilers, and jet engines.
