Steel round bar 290 mm 35XGSA (35CrMnSi4-4 / 1.7242) is a smooth bar made of structural alloy steel grade 35XGSA (35CrMnSi4-4 / 1.7242) with a circular cross-section and a diameter of 290 mm. A running meter weighs 518.51 kg. A ton contains 1.9 meters of rolled steel. It is released from the warehouse in 2–6 m long sections.
The round bar is produced by hot-rolling on rolling mills. The production standard is DSTU 4738:2007 ( ≈ EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE).
