Steel round bar 300 mm 65G (66Mn4 / 1.1231) are cylindrical rolled products with a cross-sectional diameter of 300 mm.

They are manufactured in accordance with DSTU 4738:2007 ( ≈ EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE) in lengths of 2-6 m.

The weight of one meter is 556 kg, and one ton contains 1.8 meters.

These rounds are produced by deforming preheated slabs of 65G (66Mn4 / 1.1231), a chromium-manganese alloyed structural heat-resistant steel, on rolling mills.

They are widely used to manufacture various types of springs, including automotive and industrial springs, as well as blades requiring high strength and the ability to maintain cutting sharpness. This steel is also used for fasteners, critical structural components, and tools. It features good machinability and withstands significant loads, making it suitable for products subject to high dynamic stress.
